Cancel Anytime
You are not locked into a long-term contract. You may cancel your Rankmode subscription at any time with no cancellation penalties.
What Happens When You Cancel
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
- No further charges are made after cancellation
- You retain access to your dashboard until the billing period ends
- Services stop when the billing period ends
Custom Website as a Service
For website subscriptions:
- The website is managed and hosted by Rankmode while your subscription is active
- If you cancel before 12 months, the website is not transferred to you
- After 12 consecutive active months, you may request a full website export
- Upon cancellation, the website will be taken offline when the billing period ends
Google Business Profile Management
For GBP management subscriptions:
- Profile management stops at the end of the billing period
- No further submissions or updates are handled after cancellation
- Your Google Business Profile remains yours—we do not own it
- You retain full access to your Google Business Profile through your Google account
What Cancellation Does Not Include
- Refunds for past payments
- Ownership transfer before 12-month eligibility (for websites)
- Continued service after the billing period ends
- Prorated refunds for unused days
