These Terms of Service govern your use of Rankmode.pro and the services we provide. By using our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Service Description

Rankmode provides subscription-based digital services for local businesses. Our services include:

Custom Website as a Service – professionally designed, managed, and hosted websites
Google Business Profile Management – setup, optimization, and ongoing management of your Google Business listing

Access to services begins immediately upon activation of your subscription.

Subscription & Billing

All services are billed on a monthly basis only
No annual plans or multi-month prepayments are offered
Payment is due at the start of each billing period
You authorize recurring monthly charges to your payment method
No upfront payments covering future months are required
Prices may change with advance notice

Plan Changes

Upgrades: When upgrading, you pay the prorated difference for the remaining days of the current month. New features unlock immediately.

Downgrades: Downgrades take effect on the next billing cycle. No future months are charged. No credits are stored beyond the current month.

Cancellation Terms

You may cancel your subscription at any time
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
No further charges are made after cancellation
Services stop when the billing period ends
Cancellation does not trigger refunds for past payments

Ownership & Export Terms

For Custom Website as a Service:

The website is managed and hosted by Rankmode while your subscription is active
If you cancel before 12 months of consecutive active subscription, the website is not transferred
After 12 consecutive active months, you may request a full website export
Export includes the website files; hosting and domain management remain your responsibility after export

For Google Business Profile Management: Your Google Business Profile remains yours at all times. Management services stop at the end of your subscription.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate business information
Respond to requests for content, approvals, or access in a timely manner
Not use our services for illegal or misleading purposes
Maintain valid payment information
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Service Limitations

Rankmode does not guarantee:

Specific rankings on Google or other search engines
Specific traffic, leads, or revenue results
Availability of third-party platforms (e.g., Google services)

We provide services on a best-practice basis. Results depend on various factors including competition, location, and external market conditions.

Modifications to Service

Rankmode reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice. We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Rankmode operates. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
