No Refunds Policy
Rankmode operates on a subscription-based service model. All payments are non-refundable. Once a subscription is activated, charges are final.
This Policy Applies To
- Custom Website as a Service monthly subscriptions
- Google Business Profile Management monthly subscriptions
- Monthly subscription payments
- Add-on services and additional pages
No Refunds Are Issued For
- Partial months of service
- Unused time within a billing period
- Early cancellation of subscription
- Lack of usage or engagement with the service
- Change of business decision or circumstances
- Dissatisfaction with results (we do not guarantee rankings or outcomes)
Why This Policy Exists
Our services involve immediate access, design resources, infrastructure allocation, and ongoing operational costs that are incurred as soon as your monthly plan starts. For this reason, refunds are not possible after activation.
Cancellation Does Not Mean Refund
You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, cancellation:
- Takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- Does not trigger a refund for payments already made
- Means services continue until the billing period ends
- Prevents future charges from being processed
Payment Disputes
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us through your dashboard before initiating a dispute with your payment provider. We are happy to investigate billing issues.
